Post Project Support
Chemtex has an on-call, professional and well-equipped after-sale services team. Our services are successfully delivered through our experienced technical team located in our global operational centers and near the project sites. For projects in which Chemtex supplies technology, we coordinate an integrated team of both in-house and technology partner resources (in the case the technology supplied is through one of our partners), or a fully in-house team for our own proprietary technologies. This team handles technical construction supervision during the erection phase, commissioning, and start-up of the plant.
These resources remain available beyond the project phase to provide continued technical support and emergency services as needed.

We are conscious of how critical interruptions in production can be to our clients and understand the significant impact downtime can have on operations. Our rapid-response team is equipped to swiftly diagnose and resolve issues, minimizing disruptions and helping our clients restore full production as quickly as possible.
