Chemtex Global Corporation is a technology and engineering company that specializing in delivering value-added project solutions for its clients.
In early 2018, Chemtex Global Corporation acquired (without predecessor liabilities) the technology and engineering business of Chemtex International, Inc. Through this acquisition we retain Chemtex culture and inherit over 70 years of global experience in providing world class technologies for intermediate chemicals, polymers and gas processing.
Coupled with our expertise in providing technologies tailored for local markets, we provide state of the art design packages, high quality equipment and technical services that enhance the project economics based on local environments. We help our clients grow their existing manufacturing businesses with upstream – downstream integration in order to enhance their value chain and profitability.

Over the past 70 years, we have successfully delivered over 250 projects the Americas, Europe, MENA & Asia. With our operations in the United States, India, and China of over 350 experienced personnel, we provide our services to clients globally. Our expertise is focused on project delivery and client satisfaction through controlling safety, quality, schedule & cost.

“After having spent over 30 years in the Technology Transfer business with Chemtex in various roles, my convictions remain the same. I strongly believe that we must help our clients grow their manufacturing business through building economically viable plants that are suitable for local environment. We achieve this through good Technology, sound Engineering and Project Management practices.
We are fortunate enough to have participated in the industrial growth of developing and developed countries worldwide. Through this experience, we have developed relationships and trust with major companies, including clients that are both newcomers and those expanding their existing manufacturing facilities. Over the past three decades, and through diverse cultures, regional business practices, local regulations that vary from country to country have become daily part of our lives. As we work on multiple projects at any given time that are spread across the globe, we must be sensitive to clear communications, understanding the Client needs, and the goals that will lead to successful projects.
