Chemtex Global Corporation is a global engineering and technology company that specializing in delivering value – added project solutions for its clients.

In early 2018, Chemtex Global Corporation acquired (without predecessor liabilities) the technology and engineering business of Chemtex International, Inc. Through this acquisition we retain Chemtex culture and inherits over 70 years of global experience in providing world class technologies for intermediate chemicals, polymers and gas processing.

Coupled with our expertise in providing technologies tailored for local markets, we provide state of the art design packages, high quality equipment and technical services that enhance the project economics based on local environment. We help our clients grow their existing manufacturing businesses with upstream – downstream integration in order to enhance their value chain and business profitability.

Our business strategy has focused on technology-oriented projects that provide high growth potential to our clients. Over the past 70 years, we have successfully delivered over 250 projects the Americas, Europe, MENA and Asia. Our credentials remain strong, and many global companies have utilized Chemtex for multiple projects over the years. With our operations in the United States, India, and China, with over 350 experienced personnel, we provide our services to Clients globally. Our expertise are focused on Project Delivery and client satisfaction through controlling safety, quality, schedule and cost.

While located in different parts of the world to serve our clients in relevant regions, Chemtex acts as a single integrated organization under the leadership of a common management team that leads all projects awarded to Chemtex.
